In the photo above you will see the students who were the first to make it to the top of "Top Performers Mountain.' How does a child make it to the top of this mountain you ask? All you need to do is get caught following classroom rules or doing the right thing. Students will then be told to move their cards up. The students who make it into the green by the end of the week get an award. Students who make it all the way to the top get an extra special award. Students who made it all the way to the top this week are;

About the Teacher
My name is Robert Morrell and I am a 4th grade teacher here at FFA. I was born and raised in South Jersey which is also where I currently reside. I attended Neumann College where I graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education. This is my third year teaching at FFA and I am so grateful to be apart of an awesome team. As an educator I will always provide my students with a great learning environment. Students today have many different learning styles and it is important to create my lessons around that. I want my students to not only hear my lessons but to visualize them as well by using hands on materials. My classroom will always have the "team" philosophy and know there is no "I" in team. By working together we can achieve all of our goals!!!

Classroom Rules and Expectations

In my classroom I set high expectations for all my students. It is important that students adhere to the following rules;
1. Be prepared everyday
2. Be respectful to teacher and classsmates
3. Complete all assignments
4. Turn in homework when its due
5. Raise your hand.. Keep hands and feet to yourself
6. Always try your best.
7. HAVE FUN!!!
